You may return the products within 14 days, starting the next day after receiving. The return shipping is free only for Romania. If you are an international customer the return shipping is at your cost. We recommend that you retain the proof of return shipping. Please return the products in the original packaging: Precious Circuit box/bag and protection box for shipping, cards and labels.

It shall be considered a valid return any return which complies with the return instructions from the original packaging and which has no deterioration other than manufacturing defects (if any).

No refund will be taken into consideration if the return instructions are not strictly respected. In case the product has any deterioration other than the manufacturing defects (if any), INTEGRO UPCYCLING has the exclusive right to decide a partial refund accordingly. In case of a valid return, your account will be credited within 15 days from the receiving of the returned products, or we can exchange the product after your confirmation. You shall forward your account information on contact@preciouscircuit.com.

According to 16 art. C lit. O.G. 34/2014, customers cannot return products that have been specifically personalized.
