We are a company dealing with the manufacture of imitation jewellery and similar items.

CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

Date of contract conclusion

The contract between you and us is concluded when your order is expressly accepted by us and you will receive an e-mail confirming delivery.

Protection

To the extent that we do not accept your order, but you have been charged money, we will refund this money as soon as possible.

The decision is ours

We reserve the right to decide, unilaterally and without giving reasons, whether or not to conclude a sales contract. We will not be liable to you if we refuse to act on an order. Ownership of the products will only pass to you after you have paid all amounts due for the products, including delivery costs.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We cannot guarantee that the products found at any given time on the website will be available for purchase at any given time. We will have no liability to you if a product is no longer on the site. Although we will try to have real time updated information on product availability on the site, we cannot guarantee that this information will be updated at all times. All orders will depend on the availability of products in stock.

Warranties

If the products are unavailable, but you have already placed an order, we will inform you of the unavailability of these products and recommend similar products of equal or similar value that can be ordered. Insofar as you do not wish to order similar products recommended by us, we will cancel your order and, insofar as you have already paid the price of the products, we will proceed to refund the money as soon as possible.

PRICES.PAYMENT.DELIVERY

The price of the products is displayed in lei on the website and includes VAT. If there is an error regarding the price displayed on the website, we will inform you as soon as possible and we will return the amount of money paid in addition or request an additional amount of money. 

Product prices may be updated/modified at any time, and this update/modification will replace any previous price. Your order will be subject to the prices at the time of placing the order.

Payment for ordered products can be made as follows: online card payment. 

If you choose to pay online by credit card, your credit card data will be processed by STRIPE and we will not store any data related to your credit card.

If you choose to pay by card, the issuing institution will validate and authorize the payment. In the case that the transaction is not processed for reasons beyond our control (e.g., no funds on the card, expired card), the contract between us is not concluded and we will have no obligation to deliver the products, but you can try again to process the payment with a valid card.

Shipping or delivery charges are not included in the price, with the exception of certain offers which will be brought to your attention, if applicable, via the website. No deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays. Please note that in certain situations, especially during holidays, delivery time may be extended, which may result from overcrowding of courier companies or other reasons beyond our control. The delay in delivery will not be due to our actions or inactions, but to an event external to us, in which case you agree not to claim liability under any circumstances.

FORCE MAJEURE AND UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

We will not be held accountable for any delays or failures in the performance of our services, if a case of force majeure or a unforeseeable circumstance occurs. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, changes in laws or regulations, embargoes, wars, acts of terrorism, riots, fires, earthquakes, nuclear accidents, floods, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, weather conditions and acts of hackers or internet service providers.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to OUG 34/2014, if you are a consumer ( individual consumer) you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without any specific reason, within 14 days from the day you or a third party mandated by you, other than the carrier, has taken physical possession of the products. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The entire content of the site is the intellectual property of INTEGRO UPCYCLING SRL. The site may be used by third parties only for information and/or placement of orders.

The users of the site have no right to download, modify partially or entirely the site, reproduce partially and/or entirely the site, copy, distribute, sell or exploit the site in any other way contrary to the interests of INTEGRO UPCYCLING SRL, whether there is a commercial purpose or not.

Any content (including but not limited to databases, graphics, trademarks, legal content) are the intellectual property of INTEGRO UPCYCLING SRL. The entire site is protected by Law No. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights, and for any infringement of intellectual property, we reserve the right to file a complaint with the competent courts for full recovery of damages, as well as to file a criminal complaint with the judicial authorities to bring the perpetrator to criminal liability.

FINAL CLAUSE

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the subject matter of any Contract and replace any other agreement, any other prior verbal or written understanding between you and us.

This Agreement is mandatory. You may not transfer, assign, pledge or otherwise alienate this Agreement or any of your rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. We may transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise alienate a Contract or any of our rights or obligations arising under the Contract.

This Agreement and any use of the website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any dispute between us shall be submitted to the Romanian courts for settlement.
